Ubuntu

Ubuntu is a community developed Linux-based operating system suitable for laptops, desktops and servers.

Since its launch in October 2004 Ubuntu has become one of the most highly regarded Linux distributions with millions of users around the world. Ubuntu is commercially sponsored by Canonical.

We used our user interface design skills to create an easy to use website with a clean and professional look and feel and provided practical information architecture (IA) and usability solutions for the client. We also simplified the ability to download the Ubuntu software into a one-click process making it instantly accessible to all users. The site had a number of good reviews and was well accepted in the open source community.
